On the south edge of the old town, near the Wawel hill this hotel is in a great location. The room was a generous size with a very comfortable bed and hot powerful shower .
Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Overall a fantastic stay I would stay here again

Great communication and location. The room itself was nice with a great shower and view from the balcony. I was able to check in early for free although initially they wanted to charge me to check in early.
Unfortunately it was not quiet. From around 8 in the morning to 10:30 at night there’s renovations in the building (seemingly in an apartment above mine). It’s quite noisy, with furniture being moved all over. I wish this was mentioned in the listing before booking, rather than after.
The information book that’s provided in the room also asks for 5 star reviews for a gift, which I found to be unfortunate. Guests shouldn’t be bribed for positive reviews.
