« Superbe hôtel neuve, par contre le secteur fait en sorte qu on ne s’y sent pas en sécurité. De plus la voiture est nécessaire pour aller au restaurant non rapide et faire des emplettes. Situe A 10 mins du centre ville. Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus. Nous avons été déçu de la propreté de la chambre de bain. La base de douche blanche était vraiment salle et visqueuse, les coins étaient mal propre et de couleur orange et gris. L’ameublement et le décor est bien pensé ! Très bruyant on entendait le...

« When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

« I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. »

"Chambre propre, hôtel très bien situé avec une belle promenade le long de la rivière. Personnel top et très réactif. Notre problème de nuisance de la chambre voisine à 3h du matin a été réglé très rapidement par la sécurité de l’hôtel. Je recommande!"

"Superbe hôtel neuve, par contre le secteur fait en sorte qu on ne s’y sent pas en sécurité. De plus la voiture est nécessaire pour aller au restaurant non rapide et faire des emplettes. Situe A 10 mins du centre ville. Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus. Nous avons été déçu de la propreté de la chambre de bain. La base de douche blanche était vraiment salle et visqueuse, les coins étaient mal propre et de couleur orange et gris. L’ameublement et le décor est bien pensé ! Très bruyant on entendait le sifflet des trains passés et ce à multiples reprises. "

"Je suis très moyennement satisfaite. Lorsque l’on réserve une suite supérieure pour 4 personnes et qu’à votre arrivée, le canapé lit n’est même pas préparé et que l’on doit le préparer soi-même, ce n’est pas agréable après des heures de voyage. Les draps n’etaient même pas dans la chambre ni les serviettes. il a fallu se rendre plusieurs fois la réflexion, aucune aide ne nous a été proposé. Réserver une suite à 200 $ la nuit avec des adolescents et devoir dormir les coussins d’un canapé n’est pas acceptable. Ce n’est pas un couchage ni un matelas! C’est honteux. Le parking est hors de prix Le petit déjeuner est correct mais la salle beaucoup trop petite L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Savanah. Aucun effort à la réception pour les gens, ne parlons pas couramment et rapidement l’anglais! "
