The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there! An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future.

Aircon didn’t work. Shower curtain railing wasn’t screwed in properly, leaving it loose and the middle part of the railing further down - causing water to escape. Breakfast was lovely tho!

Everything was all just above average, expected far more. Having stayed and played at this groups properties in the past and many better ones. My small gripes are too numerous to mention. Such a shame that what could once compete with far better properties, doesn’t quite reach its potential.

"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The building it's a very nice could do with a bit of TLC you can see the potential in the building but it's just not taken advantage of.
