Pool closed I am told for “months” unacceptable I needed to warm som food for my grandma, told at desk, “no microwave available “ on entire property, $30 for breakfast? Really???

Very convenient and the staff was very nice.

The property is newer and clean. Every interaction with staff was superior; they were all friendly and accommodating and you could tell they were committed to delivering a great stay for all their guests. With it being a newer property, we were surprised to find poor quality in the build: the wall paper in the bathroom had several peeling spots and looked like it had been pieced together in several spots; the plug in situation in the room was odd to say the least - there were no plug ins on or near the nightstand (who doesn’t want their phone charging in the living room area!?); the only mirrors were in the bathroom (the female in our party loved trying to do her makeup in the steam covered mirror); the steam in the bathroom didn’t vent out well; and the pool area was too humid and the smell of chlorine was unbearable (the kids didn’t mind, of course).
