The staff (Jaylin) was wonderful and very pleasant when we arrived. They acknowledged us each time we passed and ensured we had everything we needed. The next day morning staff was not as outgoing. The room was a great size, however, the carpet definitely needs to be updated and there was wall paper coming off the wall. If there are updates to the room, we would definitely stay again as the pool space was Amazing!! Having the hot tub right next to the pool is a win for me.

Nice place, large rooms (at least mine), spacious bathroom. Room was carpeted with much better grade than normal hotel carpet. (2/3 carpet, 1/3 nice laminate near door.) Very friendly staff. Breakfast is packaged food but fresh coffee. Chocolate chip cookies and coffee complimentary self-serve 24/7. Extra Kleenex and toilet paper self-serve 24/7 on each floor, which is a nice touch. Stairwells are carpeted and air freshened so they smell like vanilla, which is not a big deal but suggests they take some pride in the place. Ice self-serve 24/7 in small bags in a freezer in the lobby area. Was nice to have lots of space and soft carpet. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the water park and the staff were kind but our room was filthy. I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked for a different room as the blinds were broken meaning we couldn’t even open them, the door handles were broken, there was visible mold in the bathroom, counters were still dirty and so were the carpets. They stated that wasn’t an option but offered to have the cleaning crew come while we swam. When we returned to our room hours later it still hadn’t been cleaned so I took it upon myself to clean what I could. At this point the manager offered to either come clean or to give us 100tokens for the arcade. We opted for the arcade tokens as it was already getting late and my kids were tired. I was disappointed with the room but the rest was fine. I do have pictures if needed.

Great breakfast selection and it was maintained and replenished for the most part. Room was large and clean, but the shower could use a new shower head. I think that thing has been in there since the hotel was built. Overall, a great stay I’d rebook if I’m back in the area.
