Stayed at the voco in Leicester which was amazing and thought this would be the same unfortunately it was a slight let down as the room wasn't as clean as expected. The leisure facilities were standard not as clean needs updating and just a good clean. The changing rooms were really unbelievable to a point I didn not choose to even change in there had to leave in a wet costume to my room. Staff were friendly.

"Great hotel and close to the airport for an overnight stay before our holiday. Works were ongoing at the hotel but that didn’t impact our stay. Got upgraded on arrival and got our parking for free due to this."

"The hotel was in a great location and our room was great. Would of been nice to know about the building works going on. The bear and bistro are both great , the staff were very friendly and the food was great in both. Room cleaning was good , it was inconsistent on whether your tea, coffee etc was ..."

"Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast"
