Brooklyn Bowl Tours and Activities

This inn is in a convenient location to restaurants, attractions, whole food market, and transportation. The staff was pleasant, and the decor is tastefully done in old world style. Had comfortable bed and roomy bathroom.

The Williams was somewhat old an tired. While you enter into a lively first floor, the upper floors where the hotel rooms are located give off a concrete jungle kind of prison vibe. Concrete floors absent carpeting and a white paint scheme showing lots of bumps and marks throughout did not improve what was already an austere decor. Carpeting in rooms and hallways would help. There was a significant lack of outlets for charging electronics. The room was a decent size for Midtown Manhattan, but was completely devoid of warmth or charm.

Great location; great service. Seemed to be a problem with the room heat/AC, but the weather was mild in NYC that week, so I cannot fully confirm.
