"I had a pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt very safe during my visit. However, there are two things travelers should know: First, the parking situation is misleading. There is no mention that parking isn't included, and it cost me an unexpected $30 per day. Transparency about these fees would be much appreciated. Second, I was given a double bed despite booking a king. While the front desk clerk was very genuine and apologetic about the mistake, it was still disappointing given the price point. Overall, a great experience, but the hidden costs were a letdown. "

"Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags"
