"I can’t say this was inaccurate to the description (because there was no picture of the bed...) but certain things you just take for granted, like a nice comfortable, clean bed. "Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind...

"The facility and the location were exactly what I needed: close to the beach, Capitola, and the Boardwalk; a beautiful, quiet room with blackout curtains; a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. All of this for an appropriately reasonable price. I'll definitely go back."
