But then waited in line to be told at 4pm (check in time) our room was still not available. At 4:20 after waiting in a long line again, with all of our belongings, was told how lucky we were that our room was available now.. The front desk lady said it 3 times that we were so lucky our room was ready- after our check in time. I have never experienced anything like that before. They were very busy, but we pay a fortune for a room we don't even stay in a full 24 hours and I just wanted time to change and freshen up and relax before our event and barely had any time to do so..
