Friendly service

Excellent place to stay

It was great. Quiet and comfy room and very warm welcome from owner and so hospitable. Location is good

The bed (and Pillows) were very comfortable! The room (3rd floor) was sooo quiet - even with the morning traffic and a busy hallway. Delicious breakfast, too - overall a great stay!

Very Good Experience.

It was very nice and clean. There were even plates and utensils, along with a microwave, fridge, and a toaster. It was in a quiet location.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! It was a bit confusing beforehand to know for sure if they had a hot tub as there’s a picture of it but it’s not listed in their amenities…but there is indeed a hot tub!! Was expecting something more for the breakfast but it is very basic.

Very clean and comfortable room in reasonable price, customer service was excellent.. specially the manager Mr. Singh Was very professional and customer service oriented.. Great experience.. Love to revisit in future..

My experience was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, and it was unexpected at all.

Loved how clean the room was and that it was walking distance to the venue where the show we came in town for was playing. The young man at the front was lovely and very helpful. The thing we didn't like was that the key was hard to use as the lock needs to be fixed or replaced. We had to jiggle it just right.

Once again, the survey is in Spanish. This hotel was very nice. The agent at the desk, very friendly. The room was very comfortable, except for the AC. Isn’t it wasn’t turned on prior to my arriving and the room was hot. I had a difficult time turning the AC on, but once I did, i was able to enjoy the room. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, and the little details such as glass tumblers has me want to visit again, the next time I’m in town.
