Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. Others arriving after us had left and finished before we were...

"The staff were perfect; so lovely and friendly. The food and drinks were incredible. But...the building is tired. The decor needs a revamp and the fixtures and fittings are in need of modernising. It's a real shame, because the staff are doing so much right, but the building itself needs a lot of investment. "

"We had a fantastic stay. The room was immaculate and I could use the lift to our room. (OA in knees) The shower was gorgeous. We came for a memorial which was in the chapel nearby and then refreshments at Buckners Hard. The staff were amazing and did very well, even though a bit understaffed for a while. The food was amazing and delicious. We will, definitely stay again. See more of the sights and the ponies 🥰 Thank you ☺️ "
