"Convenient location to/from airport and to/from BART subway to access San Francisco. Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. Minor complaints are that airport shuttle is only once per hour and my room had a faint unpleasant odor which I was able to address by opening the window."

"I would rate this as a two star hotel well it’s relatively clean and relatively maintained. There are some issues. For example our room had a big stain in the ceiling. Looks like maybe the bathroom upstairs was a problem at some point beds were comfortable furniture was worn."
