« We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris. »

« The hotel was nice & a good value, however, the security staff patrolling the parking garage treat hotel guests like criminals because they have a bad element in the area. I’m a very seasoned traveler and I’ve never been told I have a time limit at my vehicle and I should “go in the hotel or leave” Mind you, the security staff looked like homeless people with a reflective vest. If I was the hotel manager I would be more concerned about them than their guy »

« The check in process was quick and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, from reception through the hallways to the room. The breakfast provided was not just your standard continental breakfast but was an assortment of hot foods, including pancakes made on the spot, muffins, bagels, toast, fresh fruit salad, juices and coffee. I couldn't gave asked for better. »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year. »
