"Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night.
We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

I was on the top/3rd floor and had fantastic views of the harbour. Note no lift/elevator and 12 steps walkup to front door. Parking is just up the street and cost included in room fee.

Service was spectacular. The owners thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful. Close to the water and many great restaurants.

We absolutely loved this property and everything about it! The room and bed were so comfortable, very clean, and cosy. I had the best night's sleep and loved the shower! The garden is beautiful, and the two gentlemen running it were so lovely! Did I mention the delicious breakfast! This hotel is top class, and we can't wait to come back again!
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Raj went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant and friendly. Very clean rooms and allowed us to use the dishes. Had a small fridge in our room which was great. Provided a clean useful fan. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Raj.

We enjoyed a room that accommodated our 5 person family better than anywhere else I've stayed. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious (try the croissants!) and plentiful. We enjoyed a beautiful hike around Torbay that I highly recommend - great views and an interesting tour of local caves.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast every morning was delicious, and the owner, Mike, was so welcoming. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the harbour and the ferry to Kingswear, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.
