Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Garden Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Smart TV Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet First Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 50" Freeview Smart TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine Second Floor: Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Front garden with sitting-out area. Enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area. Electric vehicle charging point. View Cottage has been newly refurbished in September 2021 and is approached via security coded, gated access which leads into the parking area for two cars (parked side by side). Upon entering the property through the pleasant enclosed rear garden with comfortable outdoor seating . On entering the house, you will find yourself on the ground floor where two of the bedrooms are located; the kingsize bedroom benefits from two sets of double doors looking out onto the rear garden. A twin bedroom and the family bathroom are also on the ground floor. The open plan living space is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a meal, and there is dining seating, a corner sofa and a 55” Smart TV. This is a lovely social area to relax in at the end of a long day, and enjoys lovely views over the rolling countryside to the front. On the second floor is the large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. There are lovely areas to sit out in both the landscaped rear garden and at the front of the property, which has arbour seating where the evening sun can be enjoyed. There is also stunning views of the open farmland opposite the property and amazing sea views from the first and second floors. The property is conveniently located for the Dartmouth Ferries, Brixham, the wider Torbay area/beaches and is also close to National Trust properties Coleton Fishacre and Greenway. Whatever you choose to visit on your stay to this beautiful part of the world, View Cottage is a great place to start. Beach 1¼ miles.
