All the staff friendly and helpful. I liked the character beams and wall beams in the period property. Lovely huge comfy bed. My arthritic hands could barely turn the bathroom sink taps on and off as the taps were very stiff. I was cold in the night and early morning and wished there was a room heater I could control myself. The toilet flush took a long time to fill.
