Staff is very friendly. Very conveniently located. Parking fee is worth it they have security walking around the parking area. Grab a uber or Lyft to go to games, casinos, reading terminal. Already booked 3 more stays. Beds are comfy too:) Skip the restaurant much better places to eat.

We really enjoyed the hotel, which has an excellent location, very friendly stuff and provided a very comfortable stay.

We initially arrived too early to check in, so we went to the museum and returned around 5 pm. Our room was not ready and we were offered a king instead of 2 double beds. We wanted 2 double beds, and agreed to wait. In the meantime a call came over the walkie talkie that there was a room (2 double beds)with AC issue. My grandson immediately piped up and said he would sleep on the roll away bed if we could have extra bedding. The front desk said she would have it sent up right away. We went to the king room and waited about half an hour. Replied to the text from the hotel and the sheets and blankets brought up, no pillow and was told it should be in the closet but was not. The worker then returned with 1 pillow. I was willing to give up one pillow so that my grandson could be comfortable on the roll away. We went for dinner and returned to the room to rest. The television in the bedroom was not receiving a signal. My husband spent some time to troubleshoot. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t feel up to having a hotel employee (or anyone) in the bedroom so we just let it go. It would have been nice though. I feel like the cost of the stay exceeded the quality of the service. Hilton usually is very accommodating for all needs. My husband agreed that there was a bit of stingy service with the bedding and the breakfast was substandard.

Hotel, pool, bar, rooftop, and especially the spa were lovely! The beds were a bit small for a group over 2 people so that was a bit disappointing but overall it was a lovely stay!

Everything was great. The valet parking staff was great as well. I wasn’t expecting the $57 per night for parking. Overall, I would stay again.
