"The site was double booked. After talking to the host, we learned that the site was not supposed to be listed on VRBO. However, the site had been listed on VRBO and we booked it through them. We arrived and there was already someone else there who had booked through another site. VRBO has not yet made good on the refund and reimbursements they promised me."
