  • Come stay at our NEW cozy retreat. Our 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located near the heart of Downtown Bristol. The apartment features a full dining room; a living room with flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower and tub combo including towels; iron and ironing board; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and dish washer. The main bedroom has a spacious king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and every room has closet space. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.

    The backyard is a communal space with the second-floor apartment. Access to the backyard is through a back door.

The house was as advertised. The living area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for walking to the waterfront and to downtown Bristol. We enjoyed the front porch and the ease of working with the owner. With the exception of a second bathroom, the house had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

We were in town for a nearby wedding and the space was perfect- great walking distance to restaurants, nice indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in, comfortable beds- everything was great.

As advertised. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. While it is in a residential neighborhood, it was only a ten to twenty minute walk to shops and restaurants. We'd definitely recommend checking out Brick Pizza (10 min walk) and Pisco and Tequila (15 minute walk). Close proximity to the East Bay trail for biking or walking.

Lovely place. Perfect for a family reunion. Only drawback for a three bedroom is having just one bathroom. But that was our challenge, not the property ! The price was reasonable of course for a one bathroom. Apartment otherwise was very spacious for the 6 of us.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures. It is kept up well and is very clean, easy to find, and easy to check in, and we had a nice welcome gift waiting for us. We were in Bristol to visit our daughter, and will definitely book this property again!

This rental was perfect for us! It is in a great location in downtown Bristol: walking distance to the harbor, the bike path, shops, Colt State Park and restaurants. It was fully stocked, which was a nice treat since most rentals don't do that anymore. They even had backups of essentials, so we didn't have to replenish during our stay. Communication was easy, and the owners were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a sweet spot in Bristol, this is it.

Cute house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed on the main floor - it could use some updates but it was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a weekend. The road is a bit busy at certain times of the day but the noise didn’t bother us.It’s walkable to good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and there are sidewalks. The Host left a nice welcome note and some prosecco - very nice touch.

It was the loveliest little home in Bristol, which is an incredibly cute town. We loved Midtown Oyster Bar and Folklore Provisions. It's easy to drive to Newport from this town as well.It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and was in a residential area. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.I was also very impressed with their level of organization and that we received an ebook that they had put together of some local recommendations and pertinent information we might need. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that the hosts covered everything so thoroughly!

Great layout and location

Wonderful apartment and comfortable for five adults and a newborn. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking dinner! Michele was great to correspond with in a timely manner. The only thing I would change is the bright lights, I think soft white bulbs would make the lighting more comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, Janet
