« The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

« What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. « I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed the apartment smelled like very strong cooking smells. Particularly curry. Even though there were renovations done this apartment was not up to standards. There are no knobs on any of the kitchen cupboards, which makes them very hard to open. The bed squeaked so badly while I was sleeping It woke me up every time I rolled over. The pillows are 1 inch thick and flat. The bathtub was appalling. The floor of the bath bathtub was covered with a...

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! Bristol : les hôtels les mieux notés

Omni Providence Hotel

10/10 Excellent

Hotel Providence

8/10 Bien

"The hotel is very nice and well located downtown. Unfortunately, when I arrived late at night after difficult travels, the elevator was out of service and I had been booked into a room on the 7th and top floor. I had a lot of luggage because I was in the middle of a very long trip, and the thought of lugging it upstairs was not pleasant. In the end, I was able to take a service elevator to the fifth floor, and then only had two double flights of stairs to make it to the seventh floor. One of the front desk ladies, Antinette, kindly went up with me and helped bring my luggage up those stairs. She was a lifesaver. The following morning, the manager, Brad, comped my breakfast. The food was delicious and is highly recommended. Also, the elevator was fixed by the time I got up, so bringing my luggage downstairs was very easy. Gorgeous old staircase."
