It was adequate for our purposes. The property does look like the images provided and was nicely decorated. However, please note it is very very small. The stairs are precarious especially if you have mobility issues. The outside of the property has no curb appeal due to the fact we looked directly at three large garbage dumpsters. It is very close to the Brighton pier though. Communication was adequate however inaccurate. We did not receive what was promised on arrival (assortment of biscuits etc.) We did not expect, need or want what was offered but don't say something you are not going to provide. ##### Deb G.
