The beautiful bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath plus a walk-in shower. The comfy lounge has a sofa, chairs and a SmartTV and leads through to the dining room where up to 6 guests can dine together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Outside is a private terrace. In a quiet, residential area, walkable to the beach. The Space: This terraced townhouse, nestled in a quiet residential area, is ideally located for exploring Brighton’s best spots. You’ll be within walking distance of the city center, the beach, the iconic Lanes for shopping, and Brighton train station. Nearby, you’ll also find some fantastic local pubs, perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening out. On the ground floor, the spacious living room invites you to unwind with a cozy sofa, two matching armchairs, a Smart TV, wooden floors, and a soft rug. It’s a welcoming space for spending time together or enjoying a quiet movie night. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table comfortably seats up to six guests, perfect for family meals or brunch with friends. We loved that it had so much character. It’s in a peaceful spot and a good retreat to return to at the end of a busy day. Comfortable beds and we all slept well, except for the noisy seagulls.
