"We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. Kathy’s place was just as described - spotlessly cleaned with a very comfortable bed, great a/c & quiet at night. We loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. Great location with several restaurants with live bands within walking distance. We also loved being able to see sunsets & boats drive by from the balcony. There are beach chairs & sun umbrellas which make going to the beach so easy. We will definitely return. "

"Pool was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small complaint: would like to have been warned about the room’s proximity to the music stage. We were ok with it, but not sure anyone that retires early would appreciate it."

"Pool and hot tub were lovely. It took a day to warm up the hot tub but was wonderful after we found out how to turn it on. Host was great at getting back to us with any questions. It would be nice if a few more cooking items were in the kitchen. Pan selection was either small or huge, knives were in need of sharpening and there was very little bakeware items. These items would have been nice to have but certainly didn't detract from our stay overtly. There was lots of space, and kitchen was very clean which is always a bonus in my book. I would give this place a 5 rating but recommend the owner look into some new cookware and bakeware. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and came with everything we needed (including 2 pack and plays with a changing table and an even a high chair)! It was our first trip with our baby, so being in a clean house where she could crawl around and explore was perfect. Plus the warm, well maintained pool was unbeatable. The location was great- a quiet, walkable neighborhood that was a 15 minute drive from endless restaurants/shops/beaches. Finally, the host was super attentive, answering any questions we had before our stay in a very timely manner. Would definitely return here for another trip!"
