"Our stay wasn't good; the hotel was packed with people, which made it hard to do anything, especially at the pools, where there was no room to sit. And the most disappointing thing was that they didn't provide room cleaning service. Even though I went to speak with the staff, they never sent anyone, so we decided to leave the hotel early because we didn't like the service or the housekeeping. At one point, a staff member told me I had to send a text message to request housekeeping, and although I found it outrageous, I did so to see if they would actually follow through—but they still didn’t come. Another issue is that with the limited restaurant and activity options—which, on top of that, are very expensive within the hotel—you have to look outside the hotel for things to do and eat, so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a hotel like this just to have to go out and look for options. "

"Breakfast was great! A nice variety of items and fresh fruit every day. Definitely a plus. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is pleasant and accommodating- There is a tip jar- it felt good to show our appreciation. The rooms were clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Felt so nice after a day on the beach or shopping. There were fresh towels every day when we returned. We felt very pampered. Will definitely make Staybridge Suites a preferred place to stay!! "

"I loved my stay here. Big shoutout to Jordano I checked in super late (after midnight) and he was really kind and helpful, made everything smooth. For the price, this place is excellent. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC… everything worked great. The area felt calm and safe, no complaints at all. Definitely recommend it good, nice, and affordable."

"Beautiful home in a great location. Downtown, beach and grocery stores close by. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Host was very responsive and accomodating. The pool and gym were very nice and the residents were very welcoming at the pickleball court!! Our family enjoyed this vacation very much."

"My girls and I spent spring break and Easter at the ("Edgy Modern house with Heated Salt Water Pool") in Naples. Dovile was a great host! Good location for whatever style of vacation was desired (we do a little bit of it all, night life, exploring and beach dwelling). Dovile pivoted and was able to modify my stay on short notice which was awesome. Most importantly though, my family wasn't just welcomed, we were expected like we belonged and this space is just for you. "

The house was fully furnished with literally everything we needed, and they even left some snacks and a cute hand written note as we had a late early morning arrival. So thoughtful! We enjoyed all this house had to offer. The owner was quick to reply with any questions we had, it was the perfect spring break getaway from Northern Michigan. We will definitely rent here again!
