"The beach access is fantastic, and the beach cart was such a great amenity to have. The beds were comfortable and clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. The home could really benefit from some minor updating and better organization throughout. Towels, kitchen supplies, cookware, and other household items felt like a bit of a mishmash and were placed in different cabinets and areas without much rhyme or reason, which made it difficult to find what we needed. Some of the pots and pans were also older and rusted and could use replacing.The living room furniture and pillows are showing quite a bit of wear and would benefit from a refresh or deeper cleaning. The bedroom layout is also a little unusual, with the main suite feeling better suited for children and the only king bed downstairs with a smaller, basic bathroom.There is an outdoor hose for rinsing off after the beach, but adding a nozzle would make it much easier to get the sand off beach gear.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the incredible beach access, which was definitely the highlight. The home has a lot to offer!"

"We had such a great stay at this beautiful family beach home in Brigantine! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was very convenient, and having everything we needed close by made our stay that much more enjoyable. There was also a food truck festival happening close by which was within walking distance so it was nice and convenient for a quick dinner option after a day’s travel upon arriving. The owner was also fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question and went above and beyond with recommendations, especially when we were looking for good places to have dinner. Their quick responses and local suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Brigantine.We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the perfect place for our group to relax, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time together. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, and we would definitely love to stay here again!"

"This property earns 5 stars due to its location and responsiveness of the host and property manager!The house is located in the northern end of Brigantine providing a quiet neighborhood with very easy access to the lifeguarded beach. The promenade entrance is directly across from the house. Parking is plentiful. Chris, the property manager, was extremely responsive- no question was too silly. He was there to help."

"This was a great place to stay in Brigantine! It’s close to the beach and has nice decks for relaxing outside. The house is comfortable and has everything needed for a great week down the shore. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was very responsive with communication."
