Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

"The location was beautiful, the house was not cleaned adequately clean for guests. The toilet leaked onto the floor and the bathroom had an extremely sour smell. Other than that the house was nicely equipped and comfortable. Guests must remember they are in farm country and the smell is quite prevalent. ..."
