8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
Extremely well located, right in the centre of Toulouse. We were driving and got lost in the one way system and had to ring the hotel twice. Our room was round a corner and up/down a dozen steps so quiet, but hard work after a day’s sightseeing! It also didn’t get cleaned until mid afternoon

10/10 Exceptional! (157 reviews)
Location was convenient to sites. Walking near the university was challenging because of all of the vehicles (cars, motorcycles, scooters) sharing the same space as pedestrian walkways and compromised the serenity of our stay. Staff was first rate, and the room quality was superb (other than a little too much upselling of in-room options).
