"It is a late check it 4pm and early check out 10am non negotiable. Expensive in every way. The room did not have a kitchenette but it was quiet. One cold pool that is chill, another pool by the beach crowded and noisy. Food was ok. Beach is surreal… the location is perfect. I wasn’t mad at it but I’ll consider elsewhere next time. "

"Dream stay!! This was our first visit to Hawaii and I am so glad we decided to stay at Koloa Landing. The grounds are lush and verdant—like staying in an impeccably maintained botanical garden. The amenities are eye popping. We had to drag ourselves away because we could have spent all our time by the pools. The main pool is fabulous. My kids were in heaven. But there were plenty of chill spots for adults as well, among the three stunning pools. Every staff member was friendly and kind. Highly recommend! We’re already planning a return trip."

"Loved the location right on the beach! Easy access to many fun places within walking distance. Only downside of the house was that it doesn’t have AC & the nights were hot (even with windows open). We usually stay in hotels in Hawaii and having AC makes for better sleeping."

"Loved our month at this beautiful beach cottage. The home is beautiful and perfectly laid out for 2 couples. Nice high end finishes and amenities to make the stay comfortable. The owners have clearly designed and appointed this property with love and attention to detail. This property was also in a great location for us. Great walkability in the area. Hope to return. "
