La tranquilidad del lugar me gustó lo que no me gustó es que llegue y no había nadie en recepción estuve esperando más de 20 minutos a que me atendieran y el piso cerca del baño estaba suelto y lastimaba los pies

We wake up at 3:00 to find no water. When I called the front desk they said they were doing laundry & water would not return for our hotel rooms on for at least an hour. I have never experienced such a thing in a hotel! Musty smell through out hotel, dirty carpets that we were afraid to walk on without shoes & a shower head that should be thrown away Staff was nice but hotel needs a full makeover.

It looked clean, but it didn't smell good. The fan in the bathroom was coming off and the paint over the crack above the shower was peeling off. The blackout curtain didn't block much light.

This Comfort Inn stayed very busy during the three days we were there, yet the staff responded promptly to two concerns of mine. The hair dryer didn't work and was immediately replaced. The answer to a hot water issue was explained simply. I have never seen such a clean, well-maintained pool! And the water actually was a very comfortable temperature. There were TWO elevators and a very conveniently-placed ice machine. Oh, the hot breakfast items were well-monitored, and there were plenty of other choices. Our stay was made easier, as we were given a larger room at no extra charge. This place was definitely well worth the cost and I will certainly stay there again.
