"We have never stayed in Berkeley Springs and needed a couple rooms for one night. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was good. The only issues were we unable to open the door between our adjoining rooms and there is no elevator. One flight of stairs was not a problem for my husband and I, but our mothers would have preferred an elevator. Would likely stay here again."
