Great staff. Nice bar. Had to switch rooms mid-stay due to a plumbing issue but I was comped the cost of parking for the trouble so that was nice. TV in room was kind of lame. Should upgrade to Smart TVs with casting capabilities

I loved the aesthetic of this hotel! The art was absolutely beautiful the only thing I would have changed is the fact there is no fridge and microwave in the room. I had to trash my left overs from dinner because I had nowhere to put them. Other than that I would give the place a 10/10. The staff was great and the club room was even better! I even used the gym that had multiple machines to target everybody part

The rooms look clean. But when you really look, they are not. The sheets on the beds are so stretched out they won't stay on
The best part of this hotel, is Moce, the restaurant. The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm.
