The overall experience was good. The room was quit. As a bonus the location, in the center if the city right across the mall with some great restaurants. If only I could have had warm slices of bread at breakfast.
Room was very old (needs to be refurbished) , smelt very bad, carpet of the room was dirty
Great place to stay in Brasilia. Well located, clean, modern, with a nice staff and a great breakfast.
Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is older, but it is clean and has been taken care of. The staff is very friendly and professional. The Executive Lounge is nice and has a lovely breakfast. Room service was fast and delicious.
I love the friendly staff, the location (outside of Brasilia), the architecturem and the green areas. This time I got an old room - that was less nice, but for the rest, a great hotel
We always stay at the Royal Tulip when we’re in Brasilia because the staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming—including Luciene, Joao, and Cicero, but many others as well. The hotel itself is fine. They are renovating the already quite nice rooms, and the lake- and pool-side setting is fabulous. ...
Staff are really nice people. The building is really aged but well maintained. Amenities can make you lack of something but it’s normal in this country Brazil.
