Nice, clean and quiet place for the family to stay overnight. Easy check-in and free parking.

The hallways had ceiling tiles removed and buckets for leaks in hallways .Carpets lifting in hallways very unsafe . Had a 2 night stay booked and did not have new linens in room and garbage not taken .

Location and view was good. The breakfast had fewer selections but was good. The staff were nice. The rooms were outdated, and the shower was old but it was fairly clean.

We loved the upper deck outside our ocean suite coffee in am wine at sunset on the deck so peaceful lovely stay would recommend and would stay again!

The hotel is showing its age but was being upgraded. The location was great. Easily walkable to the harbour front and restaurants in the area. Our room overlooked the harbour - beautiful! Upon arrival there were 2 people at the check in desk - one was on the phone and the other was talking to a colleague about work. Once the colleague left, the check in clerk continued with work and we were left waiting without any acknowledgement. He seemed preoccupied. The lounge staff were welcoming and friendly. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet. Overall our staff was nice.
