Great time with family

This place was great! We had 13 of us and we had plenty of room. We loved the inclosed deck area. We were there most of the time.

Fabulous Location

The com munication and check-in process was super easy. We only had plans at Silver Dollar City so the location was fantastic!! The house had everything needed...decor is a little dated, but having all of the space was a plus and we didn't really spend time there except to sleep. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs. More importantly, there is only one bathroom with an accessible shower (located downstairs). The other bathrooms have whirlpool tubs (approx. 2 ft. high) and require climbing in to use the shower. Also, bring your own toiletries if you stay more than one night. There are tiny shampoos and conditioner available, but only have enough for one person, one day. Overall, it's a great place for families and is a great location.

A Fantastic Weekend in Branson

We had a fantastic time with our adult children and one daughter in law. Facility was a great size. Convenient to Branson and to Table Rock. Great place to kick back and relax after a day on the lake or shopping.

Branson vacation.

Nice area and close to main attractions. Paid more than family right across the street for same property. Would do more research if I were to visit area again.

Great place

The house was great for 4 couples. You can't beat four master suites. The screened in porch was a favorite of ours. We enjoyed the bird song in the mornings and the frogs singing in the evening. The kitchen is well laid out and had what we needed. The location was good too. Dogwood Canyon was a favorite, book a tram ride. We look forward to coming back.

Pastors Planning Retreat

The layout is nice. The screened porch was nice. The place could have been a little cleaner as in the living room rug, the upper windows in the living room and cobwebs in a few places. The bathroom sink in the lower right bedroom from the living area drains slow. Overall it was a nice place to visit.

Plenty of space

Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. Our coffee pot quit working and it was replaced same day. The pool was within walking distance. Unfortunately the outdoor fire pit was not usable. We reported some issues with a bathroom that hopefully will be addressed. Bathroom still usable.

Screened porch envy

We loved the house and especially breakfast on the screened in porch! There were a few issues; upstairs bedroom at top of stairs a/c does not work and window unit did not keep up with the heat.

Fall Branson trip

I called the manager to lite the fireplace. They never came, toaster didn't work, we fixed the upstairs toilet, and the drain to the downstairs tub would not close.

Outdated and needs a deep clean but great sleeping accommodations

The best things about this property are location, lots of beds to accommodate many people and a well equipped kitchen. However the house is very outdated with rickety bar stools and couches that are about to fall apart, literally. It desperately needs remodeled and thoroughly cleaned. There were tons of cobwebs over doorways, etc. Despite these things our family enjoyed being able to be together in the same home to enjoy Christmas together.

VERY ENJOYABLE

HAD A FEW ISSUES ...FIREPLACE DIDN'T WORK...PROPERTY MANAGER PROMPTLY HAD IT FIXED THE NEXT AM...NEIGHBORS SEPTIC WAS OVERFLOWING ONTO THE DRIVEWAY...SENT PICTURES AND LET THE MANAGER KNOW...NOT SURE HOW IT WAS FIXED ....CAME BACK AFTER A DAY OUT AND IT WASN'T OVERFLOWING ANYMORE...DIDN'T DISCOURAGE US AT ALL...LOVED THE MASTER SUITES SO EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN BATHROOM...PARKING WAS LIMITED TO 3 SPOTS...WOULD STILL CONSIDER BOOKING AGAIN...NOVEMBER STAY

Property Needs Attention

The property is in need of a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The coffee pot is not working properly, takes 30 min. to perc. The sink in one of the downstairs bathrooms is a trickle out of the faucet, and the shower doors will not stay open long enough to get out of the shower. The door to one shower was installed over the tub faucet which made it difficult to get in and out. The tv in one room would suddenly go off after being on a minute or 2. The room i was in upstairs was cooled by a window ac, it worked fine but noisy. Just not a high end place for a pretty high price. It also had a very costly cleaning fee which left something to be desired. The worst thing was the fire alarm that went off in my room at 5am waking me and my 3 kids under three years old. To turn it off we had to stack a chair on top of and end table to remove it. The ceiling was at least 10' tall. Not easy and quite dangerous but it had to be done. The good things are the location, the pool, and the floor plan. The home needs TLC and it's not up to the standard i felt that we paid for. I wouldn't recommend the home.

Perfect location and plenty of room!

We enjoyed a two family getaway with 10 people total. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and spacious. Hot water was never an issue. The living and dining/kitchen are small but we easily found space for everyone to sit and enjoy the combined rooms together. There is an amazing screened back porch which was the perfect spot for mornings and evening! Proximity to SDC is worth driving into Branson for all other activities. It made our SDC day so much easier bc it is about 3 minutes away and we had zero traffic! The dishwasher is loud and all the walls could use a refreshing coat of paint. Otherwise we had no cleanliness issues and the kitchen was adequately stocked. There were throw blankets on all the beds which was a really nice addition as well and made sitting around in the evenings very cozy. We thought this was a great stay for the price, space, and location and would come back again!

Nice Clean Home

Overall we had a nice stay in this home, it would have been nice to have some printed instructions of things and maybe some different ideas on restaurants, attractions, etc. Clean and was very similar to listing.

Clean, comfy and plenty of room

Great house with four master suites. Out favorite was the screened in porch. We had breakfast out there (enjoyed the birdsong)and would settle out there after dinner ( enjoyed the frog song). Close to everything you might want to do in Branson. We loved Dogwood Canyon (book the tram) and the Sight and Sound theatre (Esther was showing).

Near silver dollar city

Convenient place to stay. Helpful and responsive host if you have an issue. The cabin sleeps 12, but the kitchen table seats 6 and there is lounging for 6 by the tv, not as much common space as you would think for so much sleeping space.
