Everything stood out. The lamplighter is a beautiful home with amazing owners. You feel like you are staying with family. Loved everything. Very historical and extremely wee maintained. Everything first class including the bedding and Aveda toiletries. Homemade cookies in evening along with coffee or tea. Enjoyed relaxing on the big front porch. Nice gardens great location only a few blocks from the downtown, beach and ferry. Will definitely go back.

This is a new hotel that already looks dated. Wallpaper already peeling off the walls in our bathroom and multiple holes in the walls which looks like it was from things that they had hung previously that did not stay on the wall. The grass around the hotel was probably 5 in tall. Bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected when you stay in a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was missing key things such as yogurt and fruit, not up to typical Hampton standards there. Location was a great place.

Nader's have done everything possible to make thie motel the best possible. The rooms are well-appointed and spotless, and there are outdoor games, picnic tables & bbqs. And the fact that they are dog-friendly makes them our perfect location for a night-over!
