« Got to the hotel at 11pm. Tired from the day. We needed to shower and there was a lot of hair in the shower. It was gross. I took pictures and went to the desk. She said the manager wasn't there and would talk to me about it in the morning. We cleaned the tub to take a bath and the tub wouldnt fill. The stopper was broke. I informed them of this as well.
