"We love this hotel and have stayed here 3 times in the past 5 years on the last night of our trips. It is very convenient to Heathrow. There is a direct walkway from Terminal 4 and several good places to eat at the hotel. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. A family room was not available for our most recent stay, so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel was incredibly helpful in getting us adjoining rooms, so we could stay side-by-side. Highly recommend this Crowne Plaza for transit Heathrow passengers."
