"The rooms where beautiful "

"The stay was okay until the front desk clerk tried coming into our room before checkout time. My wife and I were not even decently dressed. It was 10:15 am. Checkout is 11 am. Not satisfied."

"I love staying here! We stayed here 8 years ago when my son was a prospect RPI student. Now, many years later and a PHD on his shelf, he has made Troy his home and when I visit, I always stay here as it is walking distance to his house. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and the breakfast is great!"

"Parking is great. Front desk person was very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. It was an easy walk to the MVP arena and busy after the show. Safe enough to walk back. My only problem was that I am 5 feet tall and the top of the mattress was to my waist. It was quite a hop up."

"We travelled from Florida to Albany for a family funeral and Comfort Inn & Suites hotel accommodations were amazing. The queen double suite was very spacious and clean and the beds were super to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of favorite foods and the buffet was kept very clean. We had a pleasant stay given the circumstances for our visit."
