Our second visit, similar to first time, lovely location, parking easy, room very clean & tidy, amenities were all we needed especially use of refridgerator.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would return again in the future. We liked the location just outside York and with a Park & Ride just a few minutes away. The hotel is nice and staff helpful. The room we had was larger than most and had all the usual facilities (including a fridge), the decor was a little tired and could do with freshening up, also the bathroom needed updating. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it at the price we payed.

"The room I was in what I assume was the converted basement. It was very hot (no aircon) even though it was around 18C outside. Two fans in the room, they lent me an extension cable so I could get the fans close to the window to try and improve circulation which helped but not ideal. Bathroom smelt ..."
