Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful

Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed.

The pillows were terrible! One wasn't enough support two was too much. The room that we got was supposed to have two queen beds and one king. What we got was one king and maybe two full beds. The water never really got hot, it was warm at best. We had already planned a bunch of activities that we were unable to get tickets to shows that were available to us. I didn't realize this was a "resort". I did not go to some presentation before I checked out because I had other things I had to get back home to. The room itself was large and we had plenty of room for our family. The wrist band room keys was a nice feature. Had we not had a full agenda we would have looked into the shows that we could have gotten tickets for.
