easy check in. very accommodating with my dogs (with a fee). quiet location and rooms

It was walking distance to the concert we where going to. Along with I think that all hotels should have parking for their guest. Why should we have to pay for parking when we are already paying to stay at hotel just greedy for money.

Excellent service, huge room, super clean

Amazing and large room with great bed. Very helpful door staff: That’s the positive. The rest, nothing to write home about, bar was rowdy and not cozy, reception staff simply awful. Watching tik tok videos on the job. Breakfast is just a take out coffee but coffee ran out and none remade, shower super slippery, room wasbtreat but almost too big with nothing in it. Anyhow hotel is nothing special and not worth the money but in the sea of miserable Hartford hotels, it’s probably one of the bette ones
