"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. However, I was given a room at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel instead. Normally when I stay at the Cottonwood Hotel it is for a break and I always book the ocean view room. Nice place - I did not use the spa. I think the main elevator was under maintenance during my visit and the old one that was in use was pretty tiny and slow. Generally a great value and the room was clean and well appointed. The service at the restaurants was only so so though, but the food was good.
