"The staff were very helpful and considerate. The room was fine, the AC was very loud, but luckily we did not need it. One of the criteria for choosing the hotel was there being a hot tub. The online description said that the pool area (including the hot tub) was under renovation. I called before booking and verified that the renovation was completed. When we arrived we discovered that the hot tub had been eliminated completely. The pool chemicals were so strong that it burned your eyes just standing next to the pool. Very disappointing."

"This was a great, eclectic place! Well appointed. Clever furnishings and decoration. Note that the second bedroom is a little offset from the house (you go through a room that used to be outside, then into what used to be a garage). That said, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Don't forget to spend a little time in the garden area. Very relaxing!"
