« For my fishing buddy and me (both octogenarians), everything was almost perfect (my only concern was bumping my head on the bunk bed above me when getting into or out of bed (BTW, I was careful and never bumped it)). It’s designed for a younger family (at least the bunk bed is) but all worked out great for two “old guys.” We could warm our pre-cooked meals in the microwave, and the small fridge was enough for most of our food (my friend always brings a big chest cooler with ice for most of his...

« The location and cabin is excellent. It’s setup very well for snowmobiling and skiing as there is many places to hang and dry your gear and the propane stove is a nice feature. The host is super friendly and very accommodating, I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Cooke City. »
