Amazing location! 3 blocks from the Pearl Street Mall. Quiet neighborhood near fantastic restaurants and coffee houses. This 4 bedroom and 2 full bath townhouse has completely been redone inside and out. We only use natural cleaners and have a hepa air purifier. The abundance of plants and trees in the front yard makes this a beautiful urban oasis!

Stayed here with 4 friends and had a blast! Has everything you could want: proximity to downtown, lots of beds, big TV, good kitchen, tables to play games on! Highly recommend!***Minor correction to the listing, it's actually 3 Queen Beds and 1 King instead of 2 and 2.

A fantastic spot to stay in Boulder

Great spot, right next to Pearl Street. Can walk to everything down Pearl Street and an easy walk to campus for football games. This is an ideal spot to stay on game day, or to just enjoy all the fun things to do in Boulder.

The place was able to fit our family of 7 perfectly. The location right off Pearl street made going around so easy. The house is just as described and the house had everything needed in a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Boulder.

Great spot near Pearl St.!

My friends and I stayed here and used it as a home base to hike nearby and explore the town. We loved how close it is to coffee, restaurants, and bars - and how easy it is to get to the bike path and local hiking trails. The place itself was cozy and perfect for our downtime in between activities. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location in Boulder near Pearl St., cozy and clean place that was perfect for our group of 4 guys. Mark, the owner was super nice and responsive. Definitely recommend.

We had a nice time staying at Mark’s place. It was clean, quiet and 1 block from East End Pearl St. we are a family of five and our three boys were thrilled to have their own bedrooms. There were even kitchen staples provided like oil, butter, spices, coffee, etc. It was nice not to have to buy those things for cooking. Highly

Marks place was excellent for a family of four. Well stocked and very comfortable. Location is stellar, and has parking! Nights were surprisingly quiet given the downtown location. Mark stopped by around check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. AC was also nice in July, although I doubt you’d need it in the spring or fall.
