"It’s a very crowded and noisy hotel. But again it Vegas. Veranda rooms are spacious. Well Maintained. Restaurants are good but crowded and pricey. Would have liked more choices for late night dining. Only two locations open for breakfast unless you want take out We had a nice stay."

"The property was awesome. The only thing it didn’t have was a refrigerator. I would highly recommend one. Bed was soft but kind of worn out. Another thing is shower all the water would go out to the floor since it only has half a door. Shower was sleepery as well."

"We have stayed at planet hollywood several times and had good experiences. It is a good value, has a great location on the strip and having the Miracle Shops with multiple affordable food options is a big plus. Unfortunately on this trip we were given a terrible room for the first night. It was a Thursday night we arrived around midnight after a long flight. We were given a room near the elevators and the noise in the room from the elevators was loud and constant. The room was small and rundown In the bathroom the walls even vibrated from the elevators. I did not sleep at all. At 5 am I got up and asked for a different room. I was told I had to come back at noon and talk to a specific person. I dif that and had to stand in line and finally spoke to that person who gave us a different room for the rest of our stay. The rest of the time went fine."
