The room and all areas were clean, but unfortunately the rainy season resulted in mold throughout the building. Above everything else, I am grateful for the amazing staff, especially Abdulrahman, who is very professional, kind, and sincerely caring.

This was a top drawer property. Excellent professional staff. An outstanding room! This property is really something to behold. It is beautiful and full of wonderful architecture and marble everywhere. It was a pure joy staying here multiple restaurants to choose from and the ones we tried served very delectable foods. It was great!

The location of the property was not the ideal, but it was OK. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

Great hotel for families about 25-30 min from the city of Tangier depending on traffic. Every morning there was an array of breakfast items at the buffet and for lunch and dinner all restaurants on the resort property had options for everyone from traditional Moroccan cuisine to American favorites like burgers and french fries. The in-room dining was on time and the selection and availability was perfect. The spa was fantastic and the staff were always willing to help. The grounds of the resort were well-maintained and the beach and pool lounge options were adequate. There is a restaurant down by the beach and the poolside restaurant and bar were always staffed.

The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort.
