Great place, very helpful staff. They help to arrange a ride to elephant havens and back. Awesome spread for breakfast and a great selection on the dinner menu. We will be back.

Spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, and lovely pools. Dinner and breakfasts were very good. And owner/manager, Buo, could not have done more for us. She arranged tours for us, and even up graded us to a better suite when we wanted to stay longer! We booked for one night, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed for three! Exceptional value for money.!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each.
My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service.

Was great all around. Very safe and quiet. Grocery store, ATM, and fuel station right outside the gates. The receptionists were extremely helpful in booking so transportation and activities for us on short notice. Would definitely stay there again.
