Nice location in the Back Bay neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was decent and overall we had a great experience.

Everything was nice, except for the noise. We room had a connecting door and we could listen to the people in the other room. We could also listen to the people walking in the corridor. We could see the light from the other room snd from the corridor.

While the location in Central Boston is nice, the overall aesthetic is a little lacking for the price. The staff could not have been any friendlier or nicer, but, overall, I probably wouldn’t stay there again. They also put me on the fifth floor, which is the floor and which they keep dogs, even though I didn’t bring my dogs with me. I like dogs, but, they tried to upsell it to me as a “upgrade” and, quite frankly, it was not. I had paid for a nice room with a king size bed, and it was average at best. I will say the mattress was just fine. Would look elsewhere for better places to stay. I had previously stayed at the Elliot and was looking to save a few dollars, but quite frankly, I’d rather stay at the Elliot and spend a few more.
